• Secured defense verdict for international manufacturer of tools for professional pipe workers in week-long products liability jury trial in Federal District Court
• Obtained summary judgment for housing development in snow and ice case
• Secured dismissal of plaintiff’s claims against manufacturer of gauging systems primarily for the Metal Fabrication Industry in products liability case
• Secured favorable settlement for tenant in commercial eviction proceeding
• Secured six-figure settlement in dog-bite case involving a pit bull
• Secured $180,000 settlement for personal injury client in slip and fall accident
• Secured $140,000 settlement for personal injury client in car accident
• Secured numerous favorable settlements for national retail chain in plaintiffs’ personal injury and negligence claims
