Serena Madar has over 15 years of experience advising, counseling, litigating and trying cases.

Ms. Madar works on behalf of individuals and corporations of various sizes in state and federal court, providing big firm service, quality and experience at boutique prices.  She is an aggressive litigator who analyzes and assesses her cases with a critical and thoughtful eye toward resolving disputes in a cost-effective, fair and equitable manner. Ms. Madar also handles a variety of employment and transactional matters for her commercial clients including, but not limited to, drafting contracts, indemnification agreements, buy-sell and asset purchase agreements, employment contracts and employee handbooks.
